Asset Integrity Management and Life Extension
Working hand in hand with shipowners from offshore units, we carry out any necessary analysis, allowing for the extension of the assets’ useful life, besides providing digital transformation technologies, which results in significant improvements for integrity management, reduction of maintenance costs, and optimization of the units.
The life extension service program for floating and fixed production units has become an important strategy for operators in the oil and gas industry, in order to guarantee assets’ integrity throughout new contract extensions.
Vessel, Conversion, and Repair Projects
In construction and repair, we use our engineering scope to provide solutions in vessel docking activities, structural integrity, steel exchange, and reinforcement implementation.
In addition, we also provide solutions for enhancement or even increase of the capacity of a vessel, such as deck extension; installation of mezzanine decks; support for new equipment; and more: we also execute the whole technical interface processes required by classification societies.
In order to assure high reliability in our dimensional inspections, we use 3D scanning, allowing for the project to be designed according to the in loco conditions with high precision, thus avoiding the possibility of doubling building work.
