Asset Integrity Management and Service Life Extension

Along with shipowners of the Offshore Unity, we execute all necessary analyses, allowing for the extension of the asset’s service life, besides providing digital transformation technologies, which provides significant improvements for integrity management, reduction of maintenance costs, and optimization of the Unit.

The service life extension program for floating and fixed production Units has become an important strategy for its Operators in the oil and gas industry, in order to guarantee the Asset’s integrity throughout new contract extensions.

Vessel, Conversion, and Repair Projects

In the construction and repair area, we use our engineering scope to provide solutions in vessel docking activities, structural integrity, steel exchange, and reinforcement implementation.  In addition, we also provide solutions for enhancement or even to increase the vessel’s capacity, such as deck extension, installation of mezzanines, support for new equipment, as well as executing the whole technical interface needed before the Classification Society.  In order to guarantee high reliability in our dimensional inspections, we use 3D scanning, allowing for the project to be designed according to the in loco conditions with high precision, thus avoiding the possibility or construction reworks.
